Relationen mellan punk och medeltida militärt bågskytte förmedlas i sången ”I Shot a Frenchman at Agincourt” framförd på gruppen Chance & The Lucky Aces debutsingel från 2011.

”I Shot a Frenchman at Agincourt” skrevs som musik till kortfilmen ”Killing Amy” från samma år. Förutom att låten rockar hårt är den även relativt pedagogiskt förklarande om slaget vid Agincourt 1415, där ”30,000 marchin frogs” ställdes mot engelska ”six thousand archers”.

Det exakta antalet trupper kan visserligen diskuteras, liksom påståendet att bågskyttarna ”could fire six arrows in a minute” (mer troligt är 10-15 pilar per minut). Vidare omnämns ”D’Albret”, det vill säga Charles I d’Albret, Frankrikes Grand Constable och en av de franska härförarna.
